- 01At 9 Tails Collectibles, we take pride in offering high-quality collectibles and a great customer experience. Please review our policy below before making a purchase. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@9tailscollectibles.com(mailto:help@9tailscollectibles.com) Include: • Your order number • Photos of the item and packaging We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. Pre-Orders Pre-order items are guaranteed allocations and are ordered specifically for you. • Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled • Estimated release dates may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays • By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait until the product becomes available Order Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Chargebacks & Disputes If you experience an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in being restricted from future purchases. Processing Time • In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer Pre-Order Items • Pre-order items will ship once they are received and processed • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise arranged Shipping Methods All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included. Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or external factors once the package has left our facility. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. - 05All items ship from the USA!
- 06Please allow 2 weeks before filing a claim with us if your package is lost. Once two weeks have passed, if you have not received your package email us at Help@9TailsCollectibles.com and we will reship your order. If your package is damaged (which is EXTEREMLY rare) send us image proof of the damaged product and we will resolve the issue.
- 07We will eventually be sending email promotions out a few times a month.
- 08If this happens, feel free to reach out to us at Help@9TailsCollectibles.com to resolve the issue. It does not happen often, but may on occasion. We do take individual images of every order we send out to prevent reverse scamming.
