Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At 9 Tails Collectibles, we take pride in offering high-quality collectibles and a great customer experience. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@9tailscollectibles.com

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are guaranteed allocations and are ordered specifically for you.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in being restricted from future purchases.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise arranged
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or external factors once the package has left our facility.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

Contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
We pack all orders with care to ensure they arrive safely.
International Orders, Proxy Shipping & Fraud Prevention Policy
9 Tails Collectibles is not responsible for any packages that are delivered to third-party proxy or freight forwarding services.
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer and/or their chosen forwarding provider.
Any issues that occur after delivery — including loss, damage, or missing items — must be resolved directly with the forwarding service.
1. Eligibility for International Orders
At this time, 9 Tails Collectibles does not officially support international checkout or shipping through our website.
International customers (including those in Thailand) may only place orders after prior approval from our team.
To request approval, customers must email: help@9tailscollectibles.com before placing any order.
2. Required Pre-Approval Process
Before placing an order, customers must provide:

Billing country

Confirmation of whether purchase is for personal collection or resale

Details of the U.S. shipping address being used

Confirmation of ownership of the payment method
Orders placed without completing this process may be canceled at our discretion.
3. Approved Shipping Locations Only
To protect both our business and our customers:

Orders must be shipped to a verifiable, publicly established forwarding company

We currently only accept forwarding services with a traceable business presence (website, address, and contact information)

We reserve the right to reject any shipping address that cannot be verified.
4. Payment Authorization Requirements
For fraud prevention:

The billing name must match the individual communicating with us

Third-party payments (friends, relatives, etc.) may require additional verification

We reserve the right to request ID verification or proof of authorization
Orders flagged as high-risk may be held, delayed, or canceled.
5. Right to Cancel Orders
9 Tails Collectibles reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if:

The required pre-approval process was not followed

The transaction is flagged as high-risk or suspicious

The shipping address cannot be verified

Payment authorization cannot be confirmed
6. Cancellation & Restocking Fee
If an order is placed without following the required process, or is canceled due to risk concerns:

A 6% restocking / processing fee will be deducted from the refund

This fee covers payment processing, fraud prevention, and administrative costs
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
7. Proxy & Forwarding Liability Disclaimer
Once an order is successfully delivered to the confirmed U.S. shipping address, including forwarding or proxy services:

Any loss, damage, or issues occurring after delivery must be handled with the forwarding provider
We strongly recommend choosing a reputable and insured forwarding service.
8. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to manual review and approval.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
